Welcome to our peaceful stone house located on the west side of the island, in the comfortable complex “Kokkinos Coast Plot” with a total area of 1500 sq.m. which provides easy access to the picturesque beach of Myrties as it is only 20 meters from the sea. With magnificent views of the sea, the island of Telendos and the mountain, this 65 sq.m. house offers a tranquil escape on the stunning island of Kalymnos.

The view from the living room and the outdoor courtyard will delight you while the sound of the waves will accompany you when you sleep or when you enjoy your breakfast, food, or drink and the colors of the sky while watching the sunset.

Built with the traditional architecture of Kalymnos, fully renovated and decorated with excellent taste, it provides all modern comforts, warmth, and cleanliness. It is an ideal place for an unforgettable holiday experience.

Facilities

The place: this enchanting stone house is ideal for groups, couples or families of four, as it has everything that can make a dream holiday: A comfortable living room adorned with a corner sofa that easily converts into a double bed, capable of accommodating 2 more guests, and a fully equipped kitchen awaits cooking enthusiasts with a dining table for four. The house includes two separate welcoming bedrooms – one furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower, while the second bedroom has two single beds (easily joined into a double bed) and a wardrobe. An additional bathroom with a shower is available for your comfort. In the case of a baby guest, we have a cot and high chair for your little one. Each room is equipped with air conditioning.

Outdoor oasis: step out onto the large private terrace with a dining table and chairs and views of the beach and the island of Telendos, where the chairs and outdoor furniture invite you to relax and enjoy the magnificent views. Embrace the soothing sounds of the sea and enjoy the Mediterranean sun and the endless blue.

Public transport is easily accessible to Myrtia Square which is located just outside our complex for further exploration of the island.

You can reach Villa Maria by taxi or private transfer from the port (Pothia) of Kalymnos or from Kalymnos airport. The distance is 8.2 km (15 minutes) from Kalymnos port and 6 km (10 minutes) from Kalymnos airport.

We recommend you rent a vehicle (car, scooter etc.) so that you can explore the island easily.
